Non-Contact Surface Cleaning with STATIK-AIR

Components which are structured or not quite flat can be cleaned by the non-contact operating system STATIC-AIR.

Ionization units create positive and negative ions which neutralize surface charges. = A razor-sharp blast of compressed air from flat jet nozzles pene­trates the laminar boundary layer and removes particles from the surface. In models with suction exhaust, 'particles are sought and carried away to a  filtration unit.

Contact Surface Cleaning with ROTORCLEAN

Non-structured or almost flat components with surfaces which'' are not very sensitive can also be cleaned using the contact system ROTORCLEAN.' The models in this system are additionally equipped with a rotating brush. This allows particles adhering to the component surface to be removed.

We offer you, of course, for all our systems complete solutions which you can integrate into your production line.

HAUG offers various web cleaning systems with a suction width from 30 cm to 2 m. Illus. 4 shows a web dedusting device fitted with two ionizing bars. A jet of air flowing between the bars conveys the positive and negative ions to the surface of the material at an angle. The air whirl containing the particles of dust is sucked off where the ion jet meets the surface.
